Arcare Mollymook will begin welcoming guests from October 11. The $36m development measuring 15,000sqm, contains 90 suites within three communities tailored to different care needs.
The residence will offer a mix of permanent and dementia care, using Arcare’s award-winning Dedicated Assignment model, which places an emphasis on developing relationships between residents, family and team members.
Arcare CEO Colin Singh says, “Our Dedicated Assignment model was first rolled out across Arcare residences throughout 2014 and 2015 and was awarded a 2015 Better Practice Award by the federal government.
“Our relationship-first approach to celebrating and supporting old age is not only unique to Arcare, but also considered by aged care experts globally to be at the forefront of eldercare. This approach is driven by Arcare’s values of relationships, uniqueness, partnerships and flexibility,” said Mr Singh.
Arcare Mollymook is designed with an Industrial Scandinavian interior and is steel framed with a mixture of Hebel, fire rated composite panelling and stonework.
The 5-star facility will provide residents with their own ensuite and communal amenities such as a boutique Café, two indoor Courtyards, open Activity rooms, a Billiard room, Hair Salon, Theatre, Physiotherapy room, Private Dining Room, Community Room and suites with courtyard or verandah access.
Arcare Mollymook is in close proximity to picturesque Mollymook Beach, approx 3 hours south of Sydney.
