Mary Baumann

Mary is the Founder and Director of www.findagedcare.com.au – the first online service dedicated to connecting people with aged care homes that are right for them. Mary started her career in the Aged Care Industry over 18 years ago and has developed a diverse range of knowledge, skills and experience. Mary has worked with a range of stakeholders including some of Australia’s largest private and not-for-profit aged care providers and as a consultant to government services. She has specific and detailed experience in ageing policy and procedures, strategic planning, business development, customer service, marketing and brand management.
