Baptistcare appoints new Chief Strategy Officer

Baptistcare has announced the appointment of Ms Anne-Marie Cox as its new Chief Strategy Officer.

Ms Cox joins Baptistcare after 10 years at Silver Chain where she held a number of senior executive roles and was responsible for more than 1,800 employees delivering aged care and community services across both Perth and regional WA through multidisciplinary teams.

Baptistcare Chief Executive Officer Mr Russell Bricknell said he looks forward to working closely with Ms Cox as the organisation pursues significant, transformational change to support Western Australians as they age.

“I am delighted Anne-Marie is joining Baptistcare as our new Chief Strategy Officer and am extremely confident she is ideally qualified and skilled to oversee our strategy and innovation planning, and implementation,” he said.

“Anne-Marie’s strategic planning and change management experience, coupled with her passion to improve customer experiences, demonstrate that she will be a valued member of our Executive Leadership Team.”

Baptistcare is one of WA’s largest not-for-profit providers of residential care, at home services and retirement living, supporting individuals and communities in metro and regional areas for over 45 years.
