Clayton Church Homes unveils Summerhill in the Adelaide Hills

South Australian provider Clayton Church Homes (CCH) unveils Summerhill, a $28 million aged care facility in Uraidla, Adelaide Hills, replacing a smaller facility on Greenhill Road.

With 60 beds, Summerhill boasts scenic views, top-notch accommodation, and round-the-clock care, doubling the original capacity. Designed as a small house model, it features private rooms with ensuites, Wi-Fi, and TVs, alongside amenities like a gym, dementia care, and landscaped gardens.

Embracing local produce and businesses, it aims to enhance residents’ quality of life.

CCH Chair Greg Adey said Summerhill set a new standard in boutique, aged care living, as
well as providing an idyllic setting for respite and reablement.

“When the original community nursing home was transferred to us we pledged to make this
an iconic home,” Mr Adey said.
