Proveda, formerly Community Care Northern Beaches (CCNB), has rebranded after 30 years of providing health and wellbeing services in Northern Sydney.
The organisation has expanded its support services beyond aged care to include disability and mental health services, social programs, volunteer support, and education on end-of-life planning.
Proveda aims to find the best solutions for individuals and families facing life challenges, utilising a team of specialists and volunteers to navigate the healthcare system.
With mergers with national-level organisations, including The Groundswell Project Australia, Proveda has become a national entity, impacting approximately 15,000 lives over three decades.
The rebrand is designed to reflect the organisation’s growing reach and commitment to community care.
