South Australia’s largest not-for-profit provider of retirement living and home care services, ECH, has appointed Jonathon Grant as its new Chief Financial Officer, strengthening its executive team as the organisation responds to ongoing change across the aged care sector.
Mr Grant brings more than 20 years’ experience in senior finance, governance and transformation roles across the disability, community services and not-for-profit sectors. His appointment comes as providers navigate increasing regulatory complexity and financial pressures, alongside rising demand for services.
He joins ECH following CFO roles at disability service providers SACARE and Novita Services, where he played a key role in driving organisational growth, overseeing mergers and leading digital transformation initiatives. During his tenure, he supported revenue expansion, scaled service delivery nationally and led financial and ICT reform programs.
Earlier in his career, Mr Grant held a range of senior finance and analytical positions across banking, financial services and retail organisations in South Australia.
ECH Chief Executive Alan Morrison said the appointment would support the organisation’s focus on delivering high-quality and sustainable services for older South Australians.
