Updated: End-of-life care processes, reporting and clinical decision-making

The aged care sector provides its services to over 80% of Australians in the last few months of their life.

In this Flinders University online presentation on July 14, ELDAC Research Associate Dr. Priyanka Vandersman discusses the ELDAC Digital Dashboard, an innovative online tool designed to visually represent key end-of-life care processes relevant for reporting and clinical decision-making.

The ELDAC digital dashboard is a system application that aged care providers can embed as part of their IT systems. It is designed to track and visually represent key EOL (End of Life) care processes and indicators – supporting a consistent and comprehensive approach to end of life.
