Enkindle Consulting has introduced Support at Home HQ, a specialised resource platform designed to guide home care providers through the new Aged Care Act and Support at Home Program. The platform, offered via subscription, aims to provide home care operators with the necessary tools, guidance, and resources to adapt to the evolving aged care landscape.
Support at Home HQ offers a range of services, including webinars, a help desk, implementation tools, and a comprehensive resource library. It is geared towards supporting providers of all sizes in strategy, planning, customer experience, workforce management, and digital transformation. The service also aims to help smaller providers remain sustainable by offering affordable subscriptions with access to executive-level support.
Co-founders Jennene Buckley and Tash Edwards highlight that Support at Home HQ is a direct response to the needs of providers navigating ongoing reforms. They aim to ensure the continuity and quality of home care services across Australia, regardless of the provider’s size or location.
“Home care providers have been navigating uncertainty since the Royal Commission’s release in March 2021,” said Jennene Buckley, former CEO of Feros Care and co-founder of Enkindle Consulting.
“With this next major wave of reform, our goal is to provide a stable source of support for the next 6, 12, and 18 months and beyond, ensuring all 1,800+ CHSP and home care providers continue delivering critical support to older people in the community in 2025 and beyond.”
