Hayylo bolsters leadership with board appointments

Hayylo appoints healthcare leaders Chris Gray and Michael Panaccio to board.

Aged care customer experience platform Hayylo, has appointed two senior industry figures to its board, joining Hayylo’s Co-founders, Simon Heaysman and Greg Satur (pictured).

In a statement provided: Hayylo’s mission and consistent growth fitted the executives’ experience and goals to mentor purpose-led organisations with high social impact. Goodwin Aged Care, Chorus, integratedliving, Lifecare, Novacare and Churches of Christ in Queensland are some of the organisations benefiting from the Hayylo platform by eliminating operational inefficiencies in the service delivery process and increasing care recipient’s wellbeing and trust. 

Chris Gray co-founded iCare Health, now part of Telstra Health, bringing 20 years of experience in management, technology, and private equity investment in Australia and the UK to mentor and invest in technology businesses that have a purpose. “Hayylo is improving health outcomes for the elderly and vulnerable by removing the communication gap between a care recipient and the formal & informal care networks. The result is improving levels of satisfaction for both the care recipient and the care providers”, says Gray.

Michael Panaccio is currently Starfish Ventures’ Investment Principal. Before co-founding Starfish, he’s been a director of numerous technology businesses in Australia and the USA and has authored or co-authored five books and numerous scientific publications.
