Infinite Care acquires 3 facilities from CHL Group

Infinite Care has today announced that it has acquired 3 residential aged care homes in New South Wales from the not-for-profit Christadelphian Homes Limited (CHL), adding to their 11 residential aged care homes in South Australia and Queensland.

This will grow the Infinite portfolio to now cater for over 1300 residents.

The acquisition marks the entry by Infinite Care into New South Wales and follows a previous acquisition of Bonney Health Care Group in South Australia.

Infinite Care will continue to provide employment to over 350 staff including full-time, part-time and casual staff positions in the local communities in which these facilities operate.

Infinite Care’s Founder and Joint Managing Director, Chris Stride, says, “With a long history and experience providing residential aged care we have learnt that providing our employees with a supportive, positive and highly collaborative environment translates to a high quality of care for our residents.”
