ARIIA is offering support to you or your staff to find innovative solutions to continuously improve aged care delivery.
Innovators in ARIIA’s Innovator Training Program will:
- Build knowledge, skills and capability to understand a specific workplace problem
- Learn how to find and adapt the best evidence to identify a local solution
- Understand organisational change and drive improvement
The free training content is accessed online via a series of self-directed learning modules structured in flexible delivery schedules. It is supported by facilitated co-design workshops and small group project discussions with the ARIIA team.
Upon completion, Innovators will leave with a comprehensive project plan to implement their identified solution into the local context, and a project pitch to assist in engaging and educating key stakeholders.
