The Feros Care Executive Leadership Team have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced manager to lead our Residential Services. You will lead the team through a period of organisational change and provide ongoing support to your seven direct reports, and wider team across our three residential sites located in Kingscliff, Byron Bay, and Bangalow.


This is a full time, ongoing opportunity that will see you share your time between our Coolangatta office and the Residential Villages in Northern NSW.

About the Opportunity:
As a member of the Executive Leadership team reporting to the CEO, you will contribute to the overall strategy, culture, and achievements of Feros Care. This role is critical in leading residential services, driving contemporary best practice, placing residents at the centre of all you do, building a positive team culture, and maintaining financial sustainability across the villages.

We are seeking a leader with strong capabilities in clinical and care governance, financial management, building positive cultures, and expertise in successfully managing within a complex and highly regulated environment.

About you:
• Previous experience managing across multiple sites within Residential / Aged Care
• Demonstrated achievement in providing strategic leadership and management – delivering on client expectations and service sustainability
• Thrives on empowering and mentoring a team with strong people management skills, coupled with high-level communication skills
• Rapidly builds and maintains strong, collaborative and partnering relationships with the ability to confidently influence and negotiate with complex stakeholders
• Strong business acumen and financial management skills
• Current AHPRA Registration and National Police check
• Current unrestricted Australian Driver’s Licence
