OSCAR Care Group provides Operational Support, Catering Consultancy, Auditing, Training, Allied Health and Human Resources services to Aged Care, Resident Living & Child Care facilities across Australia.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Co-Ordinator to join our team based in Mt Waverley. The role will have a focus on digital marketing, building brand awareness and advertising promotional opportunities.

Key details of the position –

Full time role based in Mt Waverley – onsite parking available
Develop and implement annual Direct Marketing Calendar for current and new OSCAR Care Group programs.
Increase brand awareness through creation, management and optimisation of integrated digital campaigns, social campaigns, Google, and website.
Support all strategies and national marketing initiatives for the OSCAR Care Group brand, by executing the daily delivery of our marketing campaigns and product services both internally and externally.
Artwork development, creating video, photo, and/or animation content.
Keeping up to date with the latest digital content techniques, along with best performing content format to ensure we deliver industry-leading work.
Develop and manage OSCAR Care Group social media against agreed key objectives. Plan, write, edit, coordinate, schedule and manage the production of social media content and advertising; respond to comments.
Graphic and/or Digital Design, Write & design material for the website, edit and optimise web content, optimise search engine marketing through all OSCAR Platforms.
Data base management
Key Selection Criteria –

A strong demonstrated creative flair.
Tertiary qualification related to marketing.
Sound working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications (esp. Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).
Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
Good working knowledge of CMS such as WordPress.
Digital marketing – Mailchimp, Google Diagnostics, etc.
Social media skills – LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
Excellent level of writing ability and numeracy.
Creative flair in content writing and graphic design.
Ability to work on and co-ordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to manage projects through to completion, achieving previously stated outcomes.
Ability to communicate confidently with people from all backgrounds.
Ability to work proactively, both unsupervised and in a team.
High level presentation skills, in terms of dress, grooming and verbal.
A strong desire to help the company realise significant sales growth.
