The Intersection Between Technology & Humanity
We’re thrilled to announce Dr Jordan Nguyen as the keynote speaker for the 2026 Future of Ageing Awards.
An internationally renowned engineer, inventor and innovator, Jordan is passionate about one big idea: using technology to improve as many lives as possible.
As Founder and CEO of Psykinetic, Jordan and his team are creating futuristic, inclusive technologies designed to improve independence and quality of life for people living with disability, older Australians and the wider community.
His work is already turning ideas that once seemed like science fiction into reality, including a mind-controlled wheelchair, virtual and augmented reality applications, inclusive gaming, technology that enables people with cerebral palsy to perform music using eye movements and blinks, and devices that allow people to control household appliances and even drive cars using tiny electrical signals generated by eye movements.
But Jordan’s vision extends well beyond technology.
He challenges us to think differently about the future and to consider not only what technology can do, but how innovation can help create a more inclusive, empowered and human future. Join the conversation and register today!
A documentary maker and presenter, Jordan has explored the intersection of technology and humanity through programs including Becoming Superhuman and Meet The Avatars. He is also the author of A Human’s Guide to the Future and a passionate advocate for STEAM education, adaptable mindsets and big-picture thinking.
His perspective makes him the perfect keynote speaker for an awards program celebrating the people, organisations and ideas shaping the future of ageing.
