Leading aged care customer experience platform Hayylo has appointed Megan Braithewaite from AlayaCare and Procura ANZ, as part of plans to continue into scaled-up operations after experiencing exponential growth over the last 12 months.
Braithewaite joins Hayylo as National Director of Accounts and Growth, a move that Hayylo Co-Founder and CEO Greg Satur says will further cement Hayylo as one of Australia’s leading technology platform’s in the sector.
“Megan joins our team with over 12 years’ sector experience in taking companies from startups to market leaders in Australia and New Zealand. We are thrilled she is joining us to take Hayylo to the next level.”
Braithwaite’s domain experience is set to continue the rapid growth Hayylo is experiencing in Australia and internationally with its market share growing month on month with Prestige In-home Care, Mercy Services and LifeCare joining Hayylo over the past two months.
As part of her first few months Braithwaite will be focusing on working with our current customers to further drive optimisation and the utilisation of the Hayylo platform. Focus will also be on accelerated growth as the company moves into 2021.

Drawing from recent experience as National Client Relationship Manager at AlayaCare and Procura ANZ, Megan is excited to bring her experience to the company that is changing aged care customer experience and communications at scale.
