Resthaven has announced the appointment of Pardeep Singh Dhot as Senior Manager of Residential Services.
Pardeep brings extensive experience to the role, having started as a Relieving Clinical Nurse in 2017 and subsequently held positions such as Relieving Care Coordinator and Relieving Manager across all twelve of Resthaven’s aged care homes.
His fresh perspective and dedication to promoting positive actions have been instrumental in his progression.
Recognised as a future leader, Pardeep participated in Resthaven’s Future Leaders Program in 2022, showcasing his strong leadership qualities.
