Community Vision Australia (CVA), a not-for-profit organisation that provides home care, disability and family day care service programs in Perth’s northern suburbs, has announced its new leadership. Yvonne Timson, the current Chief Operating Officer, will take over as the new Chief Executive Officer on March 1, 2023.
Phillip Thomas, Chair of the Board of CVA, made the announcement, stating that Yvonne is a capable and proficient leader who always seeks growth. He added that her substantial involvement in the organisation and deep understanding of the customers and the sector make her the ideal candidate to lead CVA.
Yvonne Timson is an Associate member of the Governance Institute of Australia and has experience in various sectors. She believes that good corporate governance is the foundation of any successful organization and will bring her wealth of knowledge to create a stronger and more connected community within CVA.

Outgoing CEO Michelle Jenkins has made significant contributions to CVA over the last seven years, including leading the business through the global pandemic. Michelle will continue to support the transition until June 2023.
