The nation’s leading industry association for aged and community care services, retirement living, and seniors housing has rebranded as Ageing Australia, effective 30 January.
The change replaces the Aged & Community Care Providers Association (ACCPA) to reflect the organisation’s broad scope better, said CEO Tom Symondson in a video address.
Symondson highlighted that the new name better represents all members, spanning home and community care, residential care, and retirement living. The new logo incorporates colours inspired by the Australian landscape and is designed to be more inclusive and welcoming.
The change follows consultation with members, staff, and stakeholders, with overwhelming support for a new identity.
