ACH Group has launched a new advertising campaign, “A Little Help Can Be a Big Help”, aiming to raise awareness of how home care services can make a meaningful difference in the lives of older South Australians.
The campaign, developed in collaboration with Sauce, SMPR, and Seed Advertising, draws on customer insights to portray the subtle yet significant challenges that can come with ageing, from reaching high shelves to lifting heavy laundry. Each scene reinforces the message that small supports can lead to big improvements, helping people maintain independence for longer. Watch it below…
ACH Group Chief Executive Officer Linda Feldt said the initiative reflects the organisation’s mission to help older people live well in their own homes.
“While the signs of ageing can be subtle, they can have a significant impact on a person’s independence and overall wellbeing,” Ms Feldt said.
“Inspired by customer insight, the campaign explores how ageing often unfolds gradually through small but relatable challenges like reaching high shelves or lifting heavy loads of washing.”

By promoting the campaign now, ACH Group hopes to encourage people to learn about home care options and the benefits they can bring before the need becomes urgent.
ACH Group’s range of home support services includes personal care, cleaning, home and garden maintenance, social activities, and health program designed to support independence and enhance quality of life.
