AlayaCare has announced it is one of the first home and community care software providers to receive Notice of Intent (NOI) certification from Services Australia, marking a significant milestone in preparation for the upcoming Support at Home program.

The certification confirms that AlayaCare’s platform is ready to integrate with Services Australia’s new APIs — a key requirement for aged care providers to receive funding and submit claims under the reformed model starting 1 November 2025.

“We’re incredibly proud to be among the first vendors certified.”

Annette Hili, General Manager of AlayaCare ANZ

The NOI certification ensures that AlayaCare’s system can securely and accurately manage funding reconciliations and service data exchange with the government.

Jon Middleton, Director of Product Management & Technical Services ANZ at AlayaCare, said the achievement reflects nearly two years of preparation. “We’ve invested heavily to make our platform API-ready, ensuring our customers can experience a seamless transition.”

Kylie Green, Digital Enablement Manager at South Australian provider ECH, recognised AlayaCare’s consultative approach in working with providers and invciting advisory input.

“This milestone is a shared success. AlayaCare has co-designed solutions with providers that reflect the realities of aged care, giving us full confidence in a smooth transition to the Support at Home model,” Ms Green shared.
