Two long-standing, family-owned home care providers are joining forces to boost access to high-quality community care services in Perth, with Care Net officially becoming part of White Oak Home Care Services from this month.
White Oak, an ISO-9001-certified provider known for its personalised nursing, domestic and allied health support, said the partnership will expand its capacity to support West Australians wishing to remain safely and independently in their homes.
Existing services will continue uninterrupted, with Care Net clients retaining their current support teams and service schedules. Care Net staff will also transition across to White Oak, ensuring stability and continuity of care.
White Oak General Manager Treasa Lonergan said the partnership is built on shared values and a long-standing connection between the two organisations.
“This is more than an integration — it’s a continuation of a long-standing friendship and shared values,” Ms Lonergan said. “We’re honoured to carry forward Care Net’s legacy while ensuring clients and staff experience a smooth and supportive transition.”
Care Net Director Suzi Bridge said while the decision to step back from the business had been difficult, White Oak was the “perfect fit”.
“Their family values and care philosophy align perfectly with ours, and I know our clients and staff will be in the very best hands,” Ms Bridge said.
The partnership reflects a deep history of collaboration between the founders of the two organisations. Care Net’s Suzi Bridge and White Oak’s founder, Mary Lonergan, shared a vision for local, compassionate care that prioritises dignity, personal connection and respect. That vision is now being carried forward by Mary’s daughter, Treasa, who leads White Oak in its next phase of growth.
