Uniting has officially commenced the expansion of its Park Meadows community in Westmead, marking a significant milestone for seniors in the region. The project will deliver high-quality, contemporary accommodations and services tailored to support seniors’ evolving needs while fostering independence and well-being.
The development will comprise:
• 153 new independent living apartments, bringing the total to 223.
• 171 parking spaces to accommodate residents and visitors.
• Enhanced community amenities, including an indoor pool, village green, children’s playground, BBQ areas, and alfresco dining spaces.
