Japan’s leading online hub for long-term care and age tech innovation, the Long-term Care Tech Portal, has launched an English-language version of its website to introduce cutting-edge care technologies to a global audience.
The portal, now accessible at https://robotcare.jp/en/home/index?type=pw, is designed to promote the development and adoption of long-term care technologies in Japan and beyond. It offers insights into how these innovations are being applied in one of the world’s most aged societies, and how they are helping address pressing care challenges.
The project is supported by the Japan Agency for Medical Research and Development (AMED) and is part of a broader initiative led by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry to foster innovation in aged care.
“We want to share Japan’s experience and progress in care technology with the world. By providing accessible information in English, we hope to inspire international collaboration and accelerate the global adoption of these innovations.”
