Curtin University

Curtin University, in collaboration with Juniper and iLA, is conducting the ‘Future Proof for a Good Life’ study to explore the needs and perceptions of Australians aged 65 and above regarding ageing well and living independently.

The study aims to understand what older adults believe is essential for maintaining independence in their own homes. They particularly seek input from individuals receiving or awaiting home care services.

The study seeks to inform discussions and promote awareness about reablement’s benefits in facilitating independent living. By gathering insights from older adults, the research aims to improve communication and tailor support services accordingly, fostering a higher quality of life for seniors in Australia.

If you fit the eligibility for the study and would like to take part or have any further enquiries, please contact Dr Elissa Burton on 08 9266 4926 or e.burton@curtin.edu.au
