Altura Learning, a prominent provider of aged care training solutions, has appointed Paul Goudie as its new Chief Executive Officer.

With over two decades working across education and technology, Mr Goudie’s background includes leadership positions at Swinburne University and Goodstart Early Learning, where he played a key role in driving care workforce development, IT, cyber security, and digital media.

He is a recipient of an ISS International Practitioner VET Fellowship and collaborated with Deloitte to establish the Cyber Academy.

His experience in digital learning technologies aligns with Altura Learning’s mission to enhance educational outcomes in aged care.

Commenting on his appointment, Mr Goudie shared his enthusiasm for joining Altura Learning and his dedication to advancing the company’s mission.

“I’m thrilled to lead Altura Learning, as we continue to empower care providers with over 150+ specialised training modules designed by industry experts. Our commitment to enhancing the skills and knowledge of aged care employees remains steadfast, with our training solutions tailored to meet each organisation’s unique needs,” Mr Goudie said.

“Through our three-step process—selecting a course library, choosing a delivery method via our Bridge LMS (Learning Management System) or an external LMS, and opting for cost-effective bundles—we ensure a seamless and impactful learning experience. I’m looking forward to empowering our team to deliver the quality products our members have trusted for over 20 years,” he added.

Mr Goudie holds an MBA from Macquarie University and a Master of Education from Victoria University.
