Tasmania-headquartered aged care provider Respect has introduced Reed Estate, a custom-designed retirement living development – the first village by the non-profit organisation.
Respect, known for its recent acquisitions in regional areas, expands its footprint with this project, spanning Tasmania, Victoria, and New South Wales.
The ongoing development of Reed Estate aims to introduce over 60 modern units, comprising two and three-bedroom freestanding villas.
In a statement, Mark Eagleston, Chief of Retirement Living at Respect, claimed the launch as a monumental success and a culmination of his 16-year journey in the retirement living industry. He spoke to Reed Estate’s commitment to fostering a sense of belonging, independence, and well-being among its residents.
