St. Basil’s NSW/ACT, a not-for-profit organisation rooted in Greek Orthodox traditions, has launched a comprehensive rebranding initiative to reinforce its commitment to delivering exceptional care and service to ageing Australians.
With over 700 qualified staff supporting over 1,000 seniors, St. Basil’s provides culturally enriched aged care through its residential homes in Sydney. Its services now encompass a broadened focus on independent living, home support, and community engagement.
The rebranding introduces distinct service identities:
• Elysium – Independent Living by St. Basil’s
• Euphoria – Support at Home and Seniors Social Groups
• St. Basil’s Residential Care
The organisation has also expanded its home care and social services, including additional senior groups and a new bus service to accommodate growing demand in Randwick, Lakemba, and Miranda.
In partnership with dining consultants Rise Up, St. Basil’s has enhanced catering services to elevate residents’ quality of life.
CEO Diana Horvatovic emphasised the rebrand reflects more than aesthetics.
Mrs Horvatovic added, “I am incredibly proud of our entire team who in the past 15 months have come together with a deep sense of commitment and unity to ensure that St Basil’s NSW/ACT is recognised for not only being fully compliant but also deeply committed to delivering exceptional care while honouring its mission to serve the community with integrity and excellence”.
