Imagine you could pull a few leavers and it would lead to your staff feeling more valued, resilient and likely to stay in their roles?
Inside Ageing is pleased to partner with Leadership and Training consultancy Veraison to help answer this question through two (2) 90-minute online training workshops designed for aged care managers and supervisors.
The training will be delivered by Veraison’s principal, Abby Hunt, who is a contributing writer to Inside Ageing in areas to do with workforce and training, and recently published her first book, “Excellence in Leadership, Culture and Safety in the Care Industry” – 10 Critical Insights Every Care Leader Needs to Know to Deliver on their Purpose.
A recent article for Inside Ageing highlighted ‘conflict aversion’ and how this approach is detrimental to building effective teams, remains one of our most popular guest posts from last year – Read the full story here.
Commenting on the course program, Ms Hunt had this to say, “Through our research with thousands of people from the care industry, we have discovered some very simple practices that leaders can implement across their sites to effectively make a shift in the culture of their teams, which leads to greater performance and satisfaction individually and collectively.”
