The ARIIA (Aged Care Research and Innovation Agenda) offers two specialised training programs to address workplace challenges aligned with priority topics. The Individual ITP empowers innovators by guiding them through understanding, identifying evidence-based solutions, adapting them, planning implementation, and measuring outcomes. This involves self-directed learning modules, co-design workshops, and peer discussions facilitated by the ARIIA team.
The Themed ITP is tailored for those focusing on a pre-identified issue, with Round 9 centred on food, nutrition, and the dining experience for older adults. Innovators can customise meals and settings to enhance the quality of life for seniors in aged care, aligning with the evolving Quality Standards.
The program aims to provide practical skills and insights. Interested individuals can find specific training dates and details on the ARIIA website, and applications for participation close on February 2, 2024.
