The Victorian Department of Health has appointed Health Generation as the Nurse Advisor for Public Sector Residential Aged Care Services (PSRACS) under a two-year engagement.

The role will span 171 services and more than 5,500 beds across the state, giving the consultancy a significant platform to demonstrate its clinical expertise and support the delivery of high-quality care for older Victorians.

Health Generation said the appointment reflects both the trust placed in its capability and the reputation it has built through consistent outcomes across the aged care sector.

“This engagement is a strong endorsement of our commitment to advancing the quality of care for older Australians.”

Heath Downie, CEO, Health Generation

“We look forward to working collaboratively with the Department of Health, PSRACS teams, and providers to deliver meaningful improvements that place older persons at the centre of everything we do,” Mr Downie added.

The company says that the contract will allow it to showcase its hands-on approach, strengthen partnerships with the public sector, and build on its position as a trusted aged care clinical consultancy.
