Inside Ageing & Pride Living Group

As you may have seen publicised, we’ve recently announced our training sessions for the year, with these designed to cover important changes impacting the sector and how to ensure your business is not only able to navigate them but also be able to deliver business improvements across a range of metrics.  We’re again working with Pride Living Group on this important initiative.
All sessions run from 1 – 2 pm (Sydney/Melbourne time) and are available online with video recordings provided for ongoing reference.

March 14: Clinical Governance – How to address impending changes to the Aged Care Act and Quality Standards that will take effect on July 1, 2024.

– May 16: Additional Services – Additional services are crucial for meeting consumer expectations. This session will look at implementing them in a financially sustainable way and filling the gap between what the government funds and what consumers want.

– August 15: The neglected opportunity, optimising accommodation revenue – The intricacies of Residential Accommodation Deposits (RADs) have become crucial in ensuring the financial sustainability of aged care providers. Drawing insights from Stewart Brown’s industry data analysis covering the period 2022-2023, we uncover the pivotal role RADs play beyond the government-mandated $550,000 threshold.

– November 14: New strategy under the new Aged Care Act – Adapting to new rules entails reevaluating corporate and business strategies, focusing on stakeholder value creation and the alignment of business lines for optimal value addition.

This session will present insights from strategic planning workshops with home care, residential care, and retirement living providers.

Pricing for these sessions is either as a group or for individual topics, with a set price per company or organisation for an unlimited number of registrations within that entity.

I think you will find the packages affordable and designed to help you in your business and career.
