Keen Care, an Australian-made cloud-based software, officially launched today at Sôl Rooftop in SkyCity Adelaide, promising to transform the aged, disability, and allied health sectors.
Developed with healthcare professionals, Keen Care streamlines caregiving operations with features like client care management, automated scheduling, compliance reporting, and financial integration with platforms like Xero. The platform also includes a caregiver and guardian app for real-time updates.
Co-founders Aarav Kumar and Dilsee Dutta highlight that Keen Care is more than software—it’s a tool to enhance care quality. “Our mission is to empower care providers with technology that simplifies operations, so they can focus on delivering exceptional care,” said Mr Kumar.
The launch event featured live demonstrations, highlighting Keen Care’s user-friendly design and powerful functionality. The software is now available nationwide, enabling providers to improve efficiency and service quality.
