Meals on Wheels SA has appointed experienced human resources executive Matthew Grantham as its new General Manager, People and Capability, a key role focused on strengthening the organisation’s workforce capability and culture.
As a member of the executive leadership team, Mr Grantham will lead Meals on Wheels SA’s people and culture strategy while supporting capability development in infrastructure, technology, systems, and workforce growth. His appointment comes amid rising governance and compliance requirements across aged care and food services.
A key focus will be helping the organisation’s 120 employees and 6,000 volunteers implement updated quality frameworks aimed at improving service delivery and customer outcomes.

Mr Grantham brings more than two decades of leadership experience, having previously held senior roles in people, culture, safety and quality at Bedford Group, Robern Menz, and Clean Seas Sustainable Seafood.
