Ready… Set… ACT: March 4 webinar to help aged care providers navigate HELF changes

Aged care providers are gearing up for significant changes under the new Aged Care Act, set to take effect on 1 July 2025. To support the sector through this transition, Inside Ageing and Pride Aged Living have launched a webinar series, providing expert guidance on the evolving regulatory landscape.

The first session, “HELF – The Rules So Far”, will take place next Tuesday, 4 March 2025, from 1–2 pm (AEDT). This webinar will break down the Higher Everyday Living Fee (HELF) legislation, outlining key regulatory requirements, funding implications, and compliance measures.

Presented by Megan White and James Saunders, partners at Pride Aged Living, the session will be essential for providers adapting to the new fee structure—whether transitioning from Additional Services or implementing HELF for the first time.

Key Topics:

• The Proposed Rules

• Services List

• Funding for Other Aged Care Programs (Release 2b)

• HELF Fact Sheet
