Regis Healthcare (ASX: REG) has posted a robust financial performance for FY25, underpinned by higher occupancy, recent acquisitions, and strengthened cash flows. The company also confirmed ambitious growth plans, targeting 10,000 available beds by FY28.
Revenue from services rose 15% to $1.16 billion, while underlying EBITDA lifted 17% to $125.8 million. Statutory NPAT surged to $49 million, up more than 300% on the prior year when a loss was reported.
Operating cash flow climbed 21% to $306.1 million, driven by strong refundable accommodation deposit (RAD) inflows of $195.4 million. Net cash stood at $192.5 million, almost tripling year-on-year.
The board declared a fully franked final dividend of 8.13 cents per share, bringing full-year dividends to 16.22 cents per share.
Mature homes achieved an average occupancy rate of 95.6%, up from 94.1% a year earlier. Total occupied bed days increased to 2.616 million. Care standards also lifted, with average daily care minutes per resident rising to 226.7 minutes, exceeding mandated requirements.
The company also improved its quality ratings, with its average star rating across homes increasing from 3.62 in FY24 to 3.78 in FY25. Staff turnover fell to 23% (from 29%), while reliance on agency staff declined.

Regis strengthened its footprint with three key acquisitions:
- Ti Tree Operations – two homes with 262 beds on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula.
- BodeWell Community Care – a home care business in Victoria and Queensland.
- Rockpool RAC Holdings – four homes with 600 beds in South-East Queensland, due to complete in September 2025.
The group also opened a new 112-bed Camberwell home in November 2024 and secured five additional greenfield development sites in Victoria, South Australia and New South Wales.
Looking ahead, Regis has set a target of 10,000 available beds by FY28, up from 7,600 currently. Growth will come from the Rockpool acquisition, greenfield projects, and future acquisitions.
