Ryman Healthcare has unveiled its highly anticipated employer brand campaign, ‘One of a Kind.’ The launch of this campaign marks a significant milestone for the organisation and showcases its commitment to changing perceptions about ageing and working in the sector.

Ryman Australia is using the campaign to attract individuals who share the company’s vision of enabling residents to lead fulfilling lives. The organisation seeks those exceptional individuals who can contribute to their unique and caring community.

It comes at a time when employers are competing for a limited number of available staff and need to present themselves as an employer of choice, especially with wage increases from July 1 likely to bring newcomers to the sector.

Inside Ageing has been carrying an increasing amount of ’employer branding’ advertising on its website delivered programmatically via Google. Ryman Australia worked with Traffic Brand Agency on the design and Jigsaw Media to deliver the media buying and strategy.
