Southern Cross Care NSW & ACT recognised as an inclusive employer by Diversity Council Australia

Southern Cross Care NSW & ACT has been named an Inclusive Employer for 2024-2025 by the Diversity Council Australia (DCA), recognising its commitment to cultivating a workplace that values diversity and inclusivity.

The recognition follows the results of the DCA’s Inclusive Employer Index Survey, which highlighted the organisation’s rich diversity:

67% of staff come from various cultural backgrounds.


59% were born overseas.

57% are multilingual.

40% have caring responsibilities.

7% live with a disability.
