Tech companies Lumary and Conpago have announced a partnership designed to bring communications and customer engagement together on one secure platform.

Headquartered in Adelaide, with offices in Sydney and Denver (USA), the Lumary care management platform is purpose-built for the NDIS, Aged & Disability care sectors, providing the ability to streamline workforce management, claims and compliance.

“Our partnership with Conpago extends the functionality and capabilities of Lumary’s software to create an even more powerful solution to support the needs and challenges of the healthcare market,” said Rick Russo, Head of Strategic Partnerships at Lumary.

“With a single, integrated solution, our customers and future customers can collaborate and communicate better than ever before.”

Conpago’s customer management system centralises all communication for providers, giving clients and loved ones total visibility over their services and support. With this level of engagement and transparency, providers can transform their communications, offering their clients more choice and control and achieving meaningful value-based care delivery.

“Our goal with this partnership is to deliver a connected solution that creates a seamless experience for providers”

Conpago CEO Ali Galadari.

“With this integration, we have created a single source of truth for the healthcare industry — Lumary performs the heavy lifting in the back end, and that vital data is captured by the intuitive and user-friendly Conpago platform,” said Mr Galadari.

“The capabilities of the Conpago application supports providers to effectively manage and engage with everyone in a client’s circle of care,” Mr Galadari added.

Commenting on their experience using the platform, Angeline Violi, Director of Concentric Healthcare Services shared, “With a single solution, our team can communicate with all stakeholders in real-time, in one user-friendly place.”

“Beyond supporting us to be more efficient and accurate, we can now easily share meaningful moments and celebrate important milestones with everyone involved in our clients’ care. The ability to instantly send photos, videos and messages creates a high level of engagement and allows everyone to see the value and positive changes for themselves. And it is so rewarding for our staff too,” added Ms Violi.

Lumary will be joining over 150 exhibitors at this week’s ACCPA National Conference (Adelaide, 12-14 October) – booth numbers 98 & 99 in the trade expo.
