Tony Crawford appointed Chairman of Bolton Clarke Group

Bolton Clarke, Australia’s largest independent not-for-profit health and aged care services provider, has announced the appointment of Mr Tony Crawford as the new Chairman of Bolton Clarke Group, succeeding Mr Pat McIntosh, who retired in accordance with the group’s constitution.

Mr Crawford, an experienced board chair and non-executive director with over 30 years of experience in various sectors, including not-for-profit, health, insurance, legal, sport, and government, will lead the skills-based Board.

His extensive legal career includes serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board at national law firm DLA Phillips Fox.

Currently, he chairs the Queensland Country Health Fund, Heart Research Australia, the Energy and Water Ombudsman NSW, and the New South Wales Rugby Union.

Mr McIntosh, the outgoing Chairman, played a significant role over the past 12 years, guiding the group through pivotal moments such as the RDNS and RSL Care merger and recent acquisitions.
