Alicia Goddard appointed to lead People, Culture and Diversity at Benetas

Alicia Goddard, General Manager of People, Culture and Diversity

Victorian not-for-profit provider Benetas has announced the appointment of Alicia Goddard as the new General Manager for People, Culture, and Diversity. Ms Goddard brings over 20 years of experience in the health, government, and education sectors, both in the for-profit and non-profit space. With a strong focus on leadership and culture, Ms Goddard’s collaborative approach has led to successful partnerships in public health services and transformation in workforce practices and clinical operating models.

Her experience includes leading people and culture teams in various areas such as HR, business partnering, organisational development, change management, culture transformation, occupational health and safety, and diversity. Ms Goddard’s approach to coaching and developing teams has resulted in recognition from the Australian HR Institute and Institute of Public Administration.

Ms Goddard’s priority is to create a positive employee experience that builds strong, collaborative communities. Along with the people and culture team, she aims to provide services through shared values and give the aging community the chance to live their best lives.
