Anglicare Southern Queensland expands client engagement app for home care

Anglicare Southern Queensland is expanding its innovative client engagement app, following a successful pilot in Brisbane South.

The organisation aims to enhance communication opportunities for approximately 34,000 home and community clients across Queensland.

Developed in collaboration with Hayylo, the app offers seamless communication, improved service coordination, and advanced analytics to enhance client care outcomes.

The expansion of the app is expected to streamline communication between Anglicare Southern Queensland, clients, and families, ultimately enhancing the overall care experience.

Anglicare Southern Queensland, established in 1870, has evolved into a diverse not-for-profit charity delivering various services, including aged care, foster care, homelessness support, and mental health and family counselling to over 50,000 Queenslanders annually.
