South Australian retirement living and home care provider ECH (Enabling Confidence at Home), has announced the appointment of Alan Johncock as its new Head of Property and Retirement Living, who has over 25 years of experience in designing and delivering property operations and growth strategies.
Prior to joining ECH, Mr Johncock served as the Executive General Manager with Blue Cross Group, a provider of aged care, independent living, and home care services, for four years. He also spent eight years as the National Manager, Operations for Charter Hall, an ASX-listed property development and funds management company.
His appointment will support ECH’s new five-year strategic plan, which focuses on building and developing homes and living hubs that enable people to live their lives well at any stage.
ECH Chief Executive Claire Scapinello said in a statement, “We are thrilled to welcome Alan with his wide array of skills and proven experience adding further strength to the existing leadership team to collaboratively work to deliver ECH’s FY24-28 organizational and property strategy.”
