The Inside Aged Care Report 2020 is about to be launched, with a due date of September 2020 for the results. Produced by research firm Faster Horses the report aims to understand the views of ageing Australians, acting as an important blueprint for aged care providers and suppliers.
Ahead of the report survey, providers and suppliers have an opportunity to include questions that can be asked as part of the research process, offering a unique opportunity to tap into the sentiment of this audience.
“We believe our research is essential reading for any supplier to or provider of aged care services. Our latest report, available in September, will highlight any changes in sentiment as a result of both the Royal Commission and COVID19. The research will identify concerns that current and prospective users of aged care services have and will help providers forecast future demand.
