VERAISON Training and Development has produced an informative video to help aged care providers better communicate with staff about the mandatory vaccination program. It is a requirement that residential aged care staff have at least one COVID-19 vaccination by September 2021.
Presented by VERAISON directors Ash and Abby Hunt, the video deals with how to handle increased workforce anxiety and conflict caused by hesitancy and resistance to the mandatory rollout.
