After feedback from you guys – our listeners, we decided to break up our in-depth one-on-one interviews and present an open discussion on a specific topic – starting with activities and recreation in aged care.
We’ve assembled an international panel of experts and practitioners to share their experiences and insights in this vast field and how we can overcome some common challenges and how we can better engage care recipients

- How do you organise activities for residents who stay up late?
We get answers to all these questions and more, as you’ll hear the diverse opinions of activities specialists from around the world as we warmly welcome our guests Lee-Fay Low and Maurie Voisey-Barlin (Aus), Orquidea Tamayo Mortera (NZ), Kelly Stranburg and Sara Kyle (USA), bringing their passion and experience to this spirited discussion!
This conversation raises a lot of questions, like the need for spontaneity in activities programs, who’s responsible for engagement and some ways to develop more personal and effective programs for care recipients.
