Lumary and Hayylo join forces

Lumary and Hayylo have announced a tech partnership, bringing together Lumary’s care management software with Hayylo’s award-winning customer experience and communications platform. Both companies service the aged care and disability sectors.

Hayylo recently announced partnerships with Telstra and CIVICA and integration with their platforms, as well as new investors Social Ventures Australia and Sprint VC.

“Our partnership with Hayylo is about the all-important circle of care,” says Rick Russo, Head of Strategic Partnerships at Lumary.

“There is a market need for an integrated digital solution that supports communication between everyone involved in the planning and delivery of care—connecting clients with their families, communities and service providers so collectively they can make decisions and improve care outcomes”.

Hayylo’s care service platform connects clients and families to admin teams, removing repetitive tasks, keeping everyone informed, and saving time, effort, and cost.

Hayylo estimates that every phone call a provider makes costs around $5, and with client visits changing on average around 5 to 10 times per month, the cost of managing repetitive tasks like this is costing the aged care sector up to $500 million per year.

The Hayylo care service platform fosters new care models by placing clients at the centre while streamlining communications through branded apps, SMS, email, and voice channels.

Hayylo will be offered as an optional add-on to the Lumary system.

“Lumary has quickly been recognized as a leading care management solution to help providers operationalize their business and deliver exceptional care across the country, says CEO and Co-Founder of Hayylo, Gregory Satur. “We are excited to add Lumary as another valued partner to further support the aged and disability care spaces we work in”.

Established in 2009, Lumary is headquartered in Adelaide, with recent expansion into the USA and an office in Colorado.
