Reuben Jacob appointed CEO of ARIIA

Reuben Jacob has been appointed Chief Executive Officer and Company Secretary of Aged Care Research and Industry Innovation Australia (ARIIA).

In a statement, ARIIA’s Chair, Kylie Walker, highlighted Reuben’s successful tenure as both Interim CEO and Chief Operating Officer for the past 18 months.

“This appointment marks an exciting new chapter for ARIIA and the Board is looking forward to working with Reuben and the team to ensure that ARIIA continues to deliver on its remit to make a profound impact on the positive ageing and aged care landscape in Australia,” Kylie said.

Reuben brings extensive experience in research, business, and strategy, having served as the Manager of Strategic Projects and Innovation at Bellberry and as a Commercialisation Facilitator with the Australian Government’s Accelerating Commercialisation Program. He was also a judge of Inside Ageing’s 2023 Future of Ageing Awards, helping judge a record number of entries.
