Enkindle is surveying to gather insights from the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) and Home Care providers regarding their priorities for 2024.
The survey covers various aspects, including challenges in the home care industry, workforce considerations, feelings about program delays, preparations for upcoming changes, organisational priorities, technology investment, innovation exploration, opportunities, and risks associated with the new Support At Home Program, and areas for strengthening board and governance systems.
Participants are invited to provide their opinions through a series of multiple-choice questions and have the option to leave additional comments.
The survey assures anonymity, and the results will be shared in an upcoming report in early 2024. Participants can choose to receive the survey results by providing contact details, although this is not mandatory.
